We offer easy 30-day returns to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, please follow the guidelines below.
- Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- Returns missing original packaging or contents may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- We do not accept returns for opened computers, software, consumables, special orders, or submerged underwater equipment.
- Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds typically take 5-7 days to process. Exchanges may take 3-5 business days.
Return Process
- Request an RMA (Return Authorization) – Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). We’ll provide detailed return instructions.
- Pack Your Item – Securely pack the item using its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship Your Item – Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Once processed, your refund or exchange will be issued.
